We know that many patients fear going to the dentist, but at Brevard Dental Arts, we alleviate your fears by educating you and providing you with the highest level of care and comfort.
We offer a wide variety of services ranging from pediatric, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in order to best meet your dental needs.
Your dental exam begins with a visual examination, an appropriate set of digital X-rays taken and evaluated. We assess your dental health to arrive at what treatment is needed to serve your best interest.
Individual Consultation
Periodontal conditions, caries, soft and hard tissue exam, fremitus and mobility of dentition, home care habits, TMJ health and occlusal evaluation all will be considered thoroughly. We explore and ask about your desires and major concerns in your dental health.
At this point, we will sit down with you and arrive at a dental health plan that will address all your dental concerns.
We can enhance and perfect your smile using cosmetic bondings , Whitening techniques, veneers and all porcelain crowns. Most other dental procedures can be provided in-house and in one or two short appointments.
As a comprehensive family practice that sees both children and adults, we are pleased to offer many services including extractions, Invisalign, crowns, bridges, and other composite restorations. We also use advanced technology like digital X-rays and intra-oral cameras to better serve our patients.
We always welcome new patients
Cleaning (prophylaxis)
A dental prophylaxis is a cleaning procedure performed to thoroughly clean the teeth. Prophylaxis is an important dental treatment for halting the progression of periodontal disease and gingivitis.
Crown and Bridges
A crown is a type of dental restoration which completely caps a tooth or dental implant.
A bridge, also known as a fixed partial denture, is a dental restoration used to replace a missing tooth by joining permanently to adjacent teeth or dental implants.
Composite Restorations (white fillings)
Alternative to tooth removal: As a composite restoration bonds to the tooth and can restore the original physical integrity of a damaged or decayed tooth, in some cases composite restoration can preserve a tooth that might not be salvageable with amalgam restoration.
Removable Dentures and Partials
A removable partial denture (RPD) is a denture for a partially edentulous patient who desires to have replacement teeth for functional or aesthetic reasons and who cannot have a bridge for any reason, such as a lack of required teeth to serve as support for a bridge limitations.
Dental Implants
A dental implant is a “root” device, usually made of titanium, used in dentistry to support restorations that resemble a tooth or group of teeth to replace missing teeth.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is a treatment sequence for the infected pulp of a tooth which is intended to result in the elimination of infection and the protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion.
Bondings and Veneers
Veneers are applied to the entire front surface of the tooth, whereas bonding is applied to a smaller portion of the tooth. Bonding and veneers make your teeth look better by changing their color, shape, angle or spacing.
Night Guards (Teeth Grinding), Athletic Mouth Guards
Occlusal splints (also called bite splints, bite planes, or night guards) are removable dental appliances carefully molded to fit the upper or lower arches of teeth.
Whitening/Dental Bleaching
Tooth whitening or tooth bleaching is the process of lightening the color of human teeth. Whitening is often desirable when teeth become yellowed over time for a number of reasons, and can be achieved by changing the intrinsic or extrinsic color of the tooth enamel.
